Land of Nature Camp

Central Serengeti, near the Seronera Valley

About Land of Nature Camp

Land of Nature Camp is a small, owner-run tented camp in the central Serengeti, minutes from the Seronera Valley, an area known for one of the highest densities of leopards in Africa and for reliable lion and cheetah sightings. The camp is unfenced, runs entirely on solar power and has only a handful of guest tents.

The safari tents stand on raised wooden platforms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a flush toilet and hot safari shower, solar lighting, mosquito nets, a charging point, binoculars to borrow and a private veranda over the plains. There are double tents, twin tents and family tents for up to four. Meals are full board, served in the open-air dining area at times that fit around the game drives, and dietary needs can be met with advance notice.

The camp's guides grew up in communities bordering the Serengeti. Days are spent on morning and sunset game drives, full-day safaris to the Western Corridor or Ndutu, walking safaris with an armed ranger, night drives and hot-air balloon flights over the central Serengeti. Seronera airstrip is about 20 minutes away.
